YOGA FOR CHRONIC STRESS + ANXIETY
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Classes include practices of awareness, breath, movement and meditation.
Each class is themed to offer tools and insight for transforming stress and worry.
The classes are meant to build on one another. It's okay if you miss a class or two you'll be able to pick up where you left off.
The tools you'll learn are meant to be used in daily life so you can experience less tension and pressure when things feel chaotic.
No Yoga Experience Needed

Required: Yoga Mat + Blanket
Optional Props: 2 Yoga Blocks, Yoga Strap

YOGA FOR LUPUS +
WE START WITH COMMUNITY:
Class will begin with community and a short "check in". Share how you are feeling with others who understand.
GENTLE YOGA SEQUENCE:
There will be gentle movement that is fully guided. I will offer you modifications and props you can use to make the practice more comfortable and accessible.
BREATHWORK & MEDITATION
Class will incorporate both breathing techniques & meditation to help support peace of mind and to transform stressor.
