CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Ahhhhh...a place to experience quiet, from mental chatter and your kids!
Series of 11 classes that build upon each other.
Slow to moderate paced classes with mindful and intentional sequencing that build strength, endurance, and alignment. All classes include gentle to moderate movement, breathwork, meditation and are themed to offer tools for transforming stress and worry...
You know...so you can be in bumper to bumper traffic and not lose your sh*t, 'cause traffic is a thing again.
