    ONLINE CLASSES   

 

YOGA FOR CHRONIC STRESS & ANXIETY (90 Minutes)

THURSDAYS, SEPTEMBER 17 - DECEMBER 17, 2020

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

 

Ahhhhh...a place to experience quiet, from mental chatter and your kids! 

Series of 11 classes that build upon each other. 

Slow to moderate paced classes with mindful and intentional sequencing that build strength, endurance, and alignment. All classes include gentle to moderate movement, breathwork, meditation and are themed to offer tools for transforming stress and worry... 

You know...so you can be in bumper to bumper traffic and not lose your sh*t, 'cause traffic is a thing again.

(No Classes: October 29, November 19, November 26)

TIME: 6:00 - 7:30 PM 

LOCATION: Online Zoom Classes 

SERIES OF 11 CLASSES: $110

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Blanket

  • Yoga Blocks

  • Yoga Strap

 

I will be sending out an email with options for purchasing yoga props or things you can use around your house as props.
