Current Summer Schedule 

Join me at Marshbanks Park in West Bloomfield for yoga classes meant to support a strong immune system, bring movement to the body and settle an anxious or restless mind. 

    YOGA IN THE PARK   

 

YOGA FOR CHRONIC STRESS & ANXIETY (90 Minutes)

SATURDAY, JULY 11, 18 & 25 

9:30 - 10:45 AM       

 

This class includes a practice of awareness, breath,

movement and meditation. Each class is themed to

offer tools and insights for transcending chronic stress

and anxiety. 

DATES: Saturday, July 11, 18 & 25

TIME: 9:30 - 10:45 AM 

PLACE: Marshbank Park

  • We will meet on the grass behind the main pavilion.

  • Park in the main/first parking lot as you enter the park.

Individual: $15

Bring a Friend: 2 for $25

  • Bring your own mat and/or blanket

  • Mask optional (whatever you're comfortable with)

  • We will keep mats a respectful distance from each other

CLASSES CURRENTLY NOT IN SESSION

THURSDAYS

11:00 AM      YOGA FOR LUPUS & RA (90 Minutes)

A slow and gentle class with mindful and intentional movement, breathwork and meditation, the class is fully guided.

Every class will begin with community and a brief "checking in".

TUESDAYS 

9:30 AM       HATHA YOGA

A slow to moderate paced class with mindful and intentional sequencing that build strength, endurance, and alignment. These classes promote deep and even breathing and are fully guided. 

Novi Woods - Novi, MI
