"Get over it!" or better, "Let it go!" We all know those well meaning people. The ones who tell you to, "just get over it" when you're feeling overwhelmed, scared or stuck.
And you probably think...Oh yeah!? How? How do I get over it? How do you just let go?
Fear isn't rational or logical. It can be paralyzing. And "getting over it" or "letting go" might seem like an impossible obstacles. *Good news its not impossible!*
I've been there, when you want something so BADLY but are TERRIFIED to go for it. Or maybe you wake up anxious and don't really know why. The tense jaw, neck and shoulders, pit of dread in your stomach, tension headaches, you know... those uncomfortable sensations that follow worry around.
Those feelings suck...seriously!

Clarity Through Awareness
a women's circle for Inner Connection & Lasting Change
Have you ever had that quiet inner nudge—your intuition whispering something important—only to second-guess it, overthink it, or ignore it altogether? You’re not alone.
So many of us move through life wanting clarity, but instead find ourselves stuck in repeating patterns, unsure if the voice inside is truly guidance or just more noise.
That’s why I created Clarity Through Awareness: Women’s Circle—a supportive space where you’ll learn to recognize, trust, and act on your intuition while building connections with other women who are on the same journey.
What You’ll Experience
✨ Monthly Themes with Practical Application
Each month, we’ll explore a theme designed to deepen your awareness and strengthen your connection to intuition. You’ll leave with tools and practices you can apply immediately to your daily life.
✨ Connection & Support
There’s something transformative about gathering with women in circle. You’ll be seen, heard, and supported—without judgment, without pressure.
✨ Awareness Instead of “Fixing”
This isn’t about trying to fix yourself. It’s about seeing clearly, understanding your patterns, and creating lasting change through awareness and alignment.
✨ Confidence in Your Inner Voice
Learn to recognize the difference between fear and intuition, and start moving forward with clarity, ease, and trust.
